If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to our return address. In such cases, customers can send the parcel through a “To-Pay Courier Service” or “Receiver Paid Service,” where the courier charges will be payable by us upon delivery, subject to approval of the return request.
5. Quality Check
Returned products undergo a quality inspection after arrival.
